With 20 new stores opening monthly all around Poland, Żabka Polska S.A. is developing at a dynamic rate and is therefore constantly looking to extend its store base, both for Żabka and Freshmarket stores. An ideal location should comply with the following criteria: - municipality at least 5,000 inhabitants,
- high-density housing with a large number of residential apartments,
- a trade passage,
- a high-footfall area,
- preferably located on the ground floor on the corner of the building,
- premises square footage: above 70m2,
- sales space above 45m2,
- preferably a rectangular shape of the sales hall,
- a separate entrance for supplies.
Żabka offers: - a 10-year period of rental at profitable rental rates,
- a rental rate agreed bilaterally and adjusted on quarterly basis,
- renovation and adjustment of the premises.
