An ideal location should comply with the following criteria:

• municipality at least 5,000 inhabitants,
• high-density housing with a large number of residential apartments,
• a trade passage,
• a high-footfall area,
• preferably located on the ground floor on the corner of the building,
• premises square footage: above 70m2,
• sales space above 45m2,
• preferably a rectangular shape of the sales hall,
• a separate entrance for supplies.
