Producers and suppliers co-operating with Żabka Polska S.A. are presented with an opportunity of running their businesses with Polish biggest and most innovative network of convenience stores. Every producer may therefore access hundreds thousands of customers daily all over the country.

Every producer entering into co-operation with Żabka Polska S.A. becomes a part of an effective and optimised distribution system providing goods from two central warehouses to Żabka stores all over Poland. Our logistic operator is M&M Logistik  Sp. z o.o., an internationally recognised group offering complex distribution services and a full range of world-class logistic services. The system enables efficient promotional operations and an undisturbed introduction of new stock units.

As 2000 of Żabka  stores are scattered all around Poland, they allow our producers to reach a wide range of customers. Producers also have an additional opportunity of advertising their products through company advertising materials and display in each Żabka store.

Terms of co-operation with producers are specified in every contract entered by both parties. The contract guarantees many years’ presence of the producer in stores of the biggest convenience network in Poland and the contract is concluded for an indefinite period subject to a 3-monthly notice. It includes general terms, such as:

• terms of purchase of merchandise by Żabka from producers,

• terms of supply of merchandise to Żabka Logistic Centres,

• the scope of co-operation in the development of Żabka stores,

• scope of goods on the offer,

• permanent availability of merchandise in Żabka Logistic Centres,

• terms of payment.
