Jacek Roszyk was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. Managing Board in January 2006. He joined Żabka in 2000 as a Member of the Board and the Financial Director and has played a crucial role in the development of the strongest Polish network of convenience-type shops. Between 1995 and 1997 he contributed to the development of discount markets Biedronka. Jacek Roszyk holds the PhD degree in Economic Sciences and acts as a member of the Head Council of Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan.

Oskar Fischer joined Żabka in 2000. He held a number of positions in his career culminating in the appointment as the Trade Director in 2003 and as a Member of the Board of Żabka Polska sp. z o.o. in January 2006. He presently holds the position of the Director of Procurement Department.
