The company board Jacek Roszyk - Chief Executive Officer of Żabka Polska S.A.  | Jacek Roszyk was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Żabka Polska S.A. Managing Board in January 2006. He joined Żabka in 2000 as a Member of the Board and the Financial Director and has played a crucial role in the development of the strongest Polish network of convenience-type shops. Between 1995 and 1997 he contributed to the development of discount markets Biedronka. Jacek Roszyk holds the PhD degree in Economic Sciences and acts as a member of the Head Council of Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. |

He held a number of positions in his career culminating in the appointment as the Trade Director in 2003 and as a Member of the Board of Żabka Polska S.A. in January 2006. He presently holds the position of the Director of Procurement Department. |

Janusz Ostrowski – Member of the Board of Żabka Polska S.A.  | Janusz Ostrowski joined Żabka Polska S.A. in 2000 as the Logistics Director. In 2002 he was appointed the Member the Board of Żabka Polska S.A.. In his professional career he had held the position of the Director of Distribution Centre at Jeronimo Martins. |
Supervisory Board Jozef Janov Is Penta Local Managing Partner in Warsaw. Jozef has been working for Penta since 2003, starting as investment manager and being involved in several major deals. After becoming Investment Director, he was responsible for the acquisition of Zabka Polska and is currently managing its further expansion in Poland and Czech Republic. Jozef also led the acquisition of the second largest window producer in Poland, Okna Rabien, followed by an acquisition of the premium producer in Slovakia, with the aim to develop a multinational window holding. Being the Local Managing Partner in Poland, he coordinates and oversees Penta activities in this market. Jozef graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and the Martin-Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, where his chosen fields were finance, banking and investments. Jan Evan Is the chief legal counsel in Penta’s Prague office. Jan has been working for Penta since 2007 and specializes in corporate and competition law, M&A and restructuring. He was involved in the acquisition of Zabka Polska in 2007. He also provided legal advice to Penta in connection with its acquisition of the second largest windows producer in Poland, Okna Rabien, or a Polish cable services provider, Stream Communications. Before joining Penta, Jan had been working for more than 6 years as a Senior Associate in the Prague office of the law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He holds a doctorate in law from the Charles University in Prague and LL.M. from the London School of Economics. Adam Jarmicki Is Investment Manager in Warsaw. Adam joined Penta in 2008 after more then 4 years working for AIG Capital Management, a CEE private equity practice of AIG Investments and successful manager of AIG sponsored funds and former shareholder of Zabka Polska. Adam was the first professional employed by Penta in Poland. He has been instrumental in further expansion of Dr. Max in Poland being responsible for acquisition of Veris. Adam is involved in retail (Zabka) and manufacturing projects, namely Okna Rabien and recently acquired wire producer Drumet. Adam graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and has a master degree in Banking and Finance.
